Heritage Iron & Décor

Located between the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Cherokee National Forest, Heritage Iron & Décor manufactures beautiful handcrafted wrought iron and metal art designs for the home, garden, business, cabin or lodge.  We are the exclusive manufacture of wrought iron and metal art designs for Smoky Mountain Metal Arts.  All of our designs are made in the USA.  We are a family own business of fourth generation ironworkers and metal artisans.  We have received several awards and notoriety across the nation with our unique copyrighted and trademarked art sculptures.

Sales Tax only applies to orders shipped to Tennessee residents at the rate of 9.25% and any orders picked up at our location.

We require a signed Website Agreement Form and Tax ID form to be on file for all wholesale accounts to be set up and shipped to. Our site is secure, however; we do not store your credit card information on our server to protect your privacy and security.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders and special designs are our specialty…If you can dream it, we can design it!  Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your plans, drawings, etc. and we will contact you for further information.  Once you approve your design, we require payment in full and due to customization and your approval, these orders cannot be returned.

Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Our products are shipped with real time shipping costs. All orders to Canada required additional handling charges.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note some of our items such as switch plate covers are shipped via USPS. 

Drop Ship:

Drop ship orders will have an additional 5% plus $1.00 added to them for handling.  This fee will be recorded on your actual invoice from Heritage Iron & Décor and may not directly reflect the price on the shopping cart.

Return Policy:

you may return most new, re-sellable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less 15% restocking fee, excluding shipping and insurance.

All orders must be insured and shipped via UPS.  This does not apply to custom orders.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You may also contact us at 866-689-7061 to speak with our Customer Service Team Member.

Damages:

Any product damaged or lost in shipping will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.  Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged product at 866-689-7061 Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST for instructions.
